Do you think this training schedule is too much?

In water polo you work out for six hours every day with heavy cardio and weight training. I think your fine with the amount your doing.

Worried about heavy satin wedding gown and hot and humid wedding day...?

My wedding is this weekend and the forecast says it will be in the upper 80's and very humid. I'm worried because the ceremony is outside and my dress is satin and weighs about 18 lbs and I am fit, but I still get sweaty really easily. Any ideas on how to stay cool or to avoid sweat dripping down my back in front of all my guests??

Which laptop is better, lenovo y470 or asus n43sn?(for rendering,3ds max,auto cad...)?

i read any issues with y470 such as :system gets too hot while gaming,limited screen resolution option,charging slowly & low contrast. & i dont know alot about n43sn .also y470 have 64 GB SSD hard but n43sn have not any & y470 is lighter(200 gr). plz say your reason .

Why does my macbook not run fast?

I have a 2.4GHZ macbook with 8GB of ram and 128gb ssd.... this is basically as fast as u can get it but how come it isnt that fast? my sisters macbook is the same as mine only without the upgrades...how can i fix this?

Looks pretty good. Keep in mind, all-in-one water cooling kits are not always made of the best quality. Nor are they guaranteed to keep a CPU of that magnitude cool. I would reconsider your cooling mechanism, whether it be a better quality (more expensive) waterblock, radiator, and pump setup, or a good air cooler (Like Noctua products).
