Can someone help me interpret this NMR? I will be forever grateful!! ?

It's 2,3-dimethyl-2,3-butanediol. If you draw this up, you'll see that all four methyl group are equivalent and both -OH groups are also equivalent, so you get only two signals. It is most definitely not a substituted benzene ring, the chemical shifts in the NMR are completely wrong for that!
