What to wear to a winter wedding?

i'm going to a wedding in Ireland as a guest, a week before christmas. weather here is pretty bad and i'm only 17. i have no idea what kind of outfit to wear! i want a comfortale and pretty eye catching outfit that i can dance around in and not look too young. i want to look mature and not like arrive in a short tackie dress!
