How to dance albanian?

I am 16 years old and never have gone to weddings only as a flower girl which doesnt count. but i am going to be bridesemaid and it is a full on traditional albanian wedding. if someone can explain the feet motions or give me a video where i am able to see this the actual movement of the feet it would be great thanks.
