Looks pretty good. Keep in mind, all-in-one water cooling kits are not always made of the best quality. Nor are they guaranteed to keep a CPU of that magnitude cool. I would reconsider your cooling mechanism, whether it be a better quality (more expensive) waterblock, radiator, and pump setup, or a good air cooler (Like Noctua products).
