Could I be developing colorblindness?

I can pass basically every one of those colorblind tests fine and have been able to all my life but lately I've come to disagreement on what certain colors are on the color spectrum with some friends, specifically when comparing blue and green. Whenever I compare any colors besides vivid greens and blues they all look light blue/cyanish to me, even if it's a color that's clearly green. So am I developing colorblindness or something?
