How do I reset ALL network settings in Windows 7?

Ok I have a Dell M1530 running Windows 7 x64. Unfortunately some settings were changed and they let loose all sorts of havoc in terms of my connectivity. In short, I need some way to completely reset all networking options and settings. I can't use system restore because I turned it off a while back (SSD didn't have much space). please help, very much appreciated!
