Macbook with Solid State Drive (SSD) ?

I am planning on removing the hard disk from my Macbook and placing a Solid State drive. Does anyone know how much it will cost me for a 128GB SSD , or a 256 GB SSD ? And can anyone tell me where I can buy it from ?
