Social security denial? MEB percentages?

I was blown up in Afghanistan last year and received TBI and sever PTSD... I am currently in the wounded warrior program on a military post awaiting my medical evaluation board because dr say my PTSD is unacceptable? I applied for social security after 6 months denied and now I have a attorney and it's been about 4 months since my appeal with my attorney.. What's my chances of getting the SSD? Or what would my percentage be for a MEB from the Army?? Thanks...
