What flourescent light would be the best to grow venus fly traps under?

i understand the color temperature should be a full spectrum 6500, but what wattage, size, and distance from the plants would be the best to imitate natural sunlight? i have a lot of venus fly traps, a couple trays full, and i like to bring them in at night and its just a pain. any help? possibly from the administrators from fly trap care?
