Where is the cigarette lighter fuse & the interior light fuse located at in a 2000 Kia spectra?

Mine are out and when I bought this car it didn't come with a manual. I found the fuse box on the left side of the driver's side floor board. I also went to advanced auto parts and they gave me a box of 5 15 amp blue fuses. Someone please help me and tell me where to put them. Thanks.
